STILLNESS

Learning the importance of being still and how pausing, regrouping, and pivoting is a wholesome way towards sustainable growth. Stillness and movement live amongst each other, hand in hand; to live a life without one, is an unbalanced existence.

BREATH

The breath is the vehicle that moves us through the states of movement and stillness. The breath is HEALING. It helps us to release and surrender, and provides sustenance and clarity.
